These tracks include relaxation exercises and guided imagery activities to help you de-stress, relieve anxiety, and feel rested.

You'll practice techinques such as Deep Focused Relaxing Breathing (also known as the "4-7-8" breath).

The Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercise also includes a downloadable and printable sheet for you to track your progress each month.
